craftgrrl | diadem and headband flower and laces

This was a real stupid diadem, my little sister ripped of the original fabric and stayed up with just a diadem she couldn't use anymore cause it was really sticky because of the glue which was on it for the fabric of course, so I had some ideas to fix it up. I got some red bias ribbon and just red ribbon a flower and some beads and this came out...

this is really simple to do, you only need a bias or big ribbon and some texil glue and a lighter. it works easy when your headband is still a bit sticky, you just put the bias or ribbon just around the diadem and thenb glue it with texil glue, which really works nice cause it's like photoglue you can switch it off with your fingertips easily when it comes to places you don't want it too... and you need to will finish the edges with your lighther, like you do with ribbon and then you could at anything you like... ( you can glue that aswell.. but you can also sew) this was only my first piece but I really like it to do it... say there will be more coming! please don't look to my faces, it really turns out to be ugly! damnit

and another piece which I made of a left over lace and braces elastic I just sew the ribbon on the braces and made myself a lace flower and added another flower and some ribbon and beads... it is real simple, I've added a push button at the end, since it wasn't that elastic at al.. but when it when it is it is nesacerry ofcourse...
