Anthropologie Inspired Capelet
Jul. 22nd, 2006 08:14 amI finished, in about half a day, the Anthropologie inspired capelet by julsey723 (on Craftster)! I knit mine on size 10.5 circular needles and less than 1 skein of Caron Simply Soft in black. I am so proud of myself!!!1 This is the first major knitting project I've tackled, as I usually stick to things like scarves and hats. This thing has SLEEVES! And this is the first time I actually had to use stitch markers! I LOVE STITCH MARKERS!

After taking this picture, I realized ~ I took a photograph of it inside out. But not like it matters, this thing is reversable. I knit it to have the purl-side as the RS.
Here it is with the purl side out. The edges were curling because of my mistake when I was knitting (forgetting to do the k2 at each end), so I had to iron it flat, and it looks weird on the hanger but meh. You get the idea.
