Voodoo doll and coffin

craftgrrlA friend is having a really hard time with an ex and her current guy isn’t helping much with certain areas of support. So I made her a little voodoo doll and a coffin for it to live in.
I’m dangerous with glue, first I hot glue gunned myself then I spent the rest of the night with sticky fingers from spraying them with the fabric glue stuff.
The closed coffin, the lid just rests on the top.
Mr. Ex
the inside – I covered it in fabric that was laying around. The white is curtain backing.
Mr. Ex in his coffin with a few pins for stress relief.
The bit around the rim of the coffin isn’t glued too good due to my impatience waiting for the glue to become sticky. All in all though it didn’t turn out to bad and it’s the sentiment that counts.
