I crochet!
Jul. 24th, 2006 04:32 pmI really, really hope this doesn't violate the craftgrrl rules, although I did read them! If they do, let me know! I will go peacefully!
Last month, I went home to see my mum and dad and I visited my favorite little yarn shop ever. The nice lady who owns the shop really enjoys spinning together fun/novelty yarns with a natural fiber, creating some neat combinations. Last time I went, she had some little bits and pieces for sale (drastically reduced, of course) and I bought four of them in coordinating colors. My question to you girls (and maybe guys?) is what I could do with these.
I was hoping to make something other than a scarf or hat (I crochet), so I would love love love suggestions.
I'm still a beginner after all these years, but a very fast learner. Any suggestions?
I apologize for the text-only post, but I assure you that I'll have pictures to post soon of my quilt and the dress I am also working on!
