wee wonderfuls: pirate kitty

here's a pirate kitty i made for my friend, who moved to the other side of the planet... served with a bottle of rum, of course!



i didn't want to give it to her in a gift bag, so i made a rowboat out of cardboard. i was just sort of making it up as i went along, and i ended up making it with a peaked bottom, and it didn't stand up. i had to glue stilts to the side to hold it upright, and i didn't like the way that looked, so i added the blue tissue paper to look like water ;)
