craftgrrl"Since tomorrow is Ground Hogs day I'm making these cool "groundhog" cupcakes. You make regular chocolate cuppie cakes and then put on white frosting for snow (or you could put shredded cocoanut but I don't like shredded cocoanut)and then you take Nutter Butters and stick them half way inside and draw a groundhog face on them. Heehee.
