Lame hindsight...
Jul. 30th, 2006 10:23 amI made this for my husband's secretary for her birthday a couple of years ago. She loves her dog, Ben, so much that she brings him to work with her every Friday. He is her child, since she's not married or anything. Now that I look at the pics again, it is a little Over The Top. But, she loved it, I think.
She always carried around snacks and stuff for Ben, so I wanted to make her a cute little tote for such things. I found these hatbox type boxes at a store called Tuesday Morning. I didn't get any pics of the inside :( and I don't really know what the boxes are meant for. It has a little mirror inside and it seems to be made of cardboard or papiermache. It originally had the graphics of the lady and the poodle. I used laminating paper to put pics of Ben on, drew the paw prints with Sharpie, and added scrapbook stickers.
This is the back...

This is the front...

I bought two dog dishes from Tuesday Morning and then created these lables and made her own brand of bottled doggy water!

And included these all natural dog treats in the shape of postmen and kittys, also bought from Tuesday Morning. ( One stop shopping! :D)
I thought someone in this community may appreciate this *craft*
Lemme know!
