The run down.
Cut 2 piece of "fabric" 10X3.5 inches
Measure 8 inches from one end and draw a line from top to bottom draw your notch for the snap cut the notch out of both pieces of fabric.
cut two pieces of clear vinyl, each slightly smaller than 8 inches and one 2.5 and the other 2 inches tall
sew all the pieces together, attach snap to the flap and to the main part of the wallet.
