Ninja Hood?
Aug. 8th, 2006 09:58 pmDoes anyone know how to go about making a ninja hood? It's for my Halloween costume.
And just so this isn't totally text-only:
Punk rock Cupid! This was one of my favorite costumes ever. It felt so "me."
I made the tutu myself. It was my first ever, so it's messy, but I love it.

Bigger/better shot here, taken by a guy named Xak from GothicOrlando.com.
I found this great heart trim at Jo-Ann's, and I sewed it onto my socks...while I was wearing the socks. Not nerve-wracking at all! I'm proud of how they came out.

I had this flannel left over from making pajama pants, so I decided to make a Jordy bag. I'm taking an adult beginner ballet class last month, so it became a ballet bag. It's big enough to hold my slippers and a water bottle.
The outer fabric is so hideous, it's cute. Well, to me, anyway. It looks like someone puked sunshine and rainbows all over the place.

I want to be a pretty ballerina. Rawr!

Close-up of the disgustingly pink fabric that I snagged off the clearance rack at Jo-Ann's.

I'm a nerd.
