So I've actually been a member here for a few months, but I was on exchange in France until about a month ago. Since I got back I've been crafting as much as possible!
Edit: I have a lot of purses. Many, many and in all shapes and sizes. Right now I have them hanging off of one of my bed posts, but they are really crowded, and hard to get to, etc. I was wondering if you lovely ladies had any ideas for how to organize purses? Thanks in advance!
Sorry for the bad picture quality!

This skirt was inspired by craftsters circle skirt tutorial ( here ) but then it was too big around so I cut it open and cut some out then re-sewed it up and added a band around the top. It's not perfect (I fold the top band in half when I wear it) but it's cute and summery.

Then I made this guy from an old sock monkey kit I found. I haven't sewed his eyes on yet, and I have a little heart button I'm going to give him too. I hand sewed this which took forever but was totally worth it. I'll post again when my baby gets his eyes and heart.

I made this last night in like an hour from this craftster tutorial. I didn't add a flap, so it's basically a jordy back, but a little a-line. I made it really small (it's about 5 inches across at the top) and gave it to my little sister. It's was practice for a bigger (and more colorful) one I'm going to make myself.
So there's my first post! : ) I'm so glad to be back home and crafting!
