I was watching Gilmore Girls reruns today and I love love LOVE the scarf that Lane is wearing in the episode In the Clamor and the Clangor. The white bits look like faux fur and the blue and brown look like suede, maybe? I don't know, but I want to recreate it somehow and dont' know how! Sew little patches on a strip of faux fur? Find a Crochet Master to copy the color/pattern? Or maybe find a store that sells it!

Any suggestions on how to recreate? (sorry if you can't see the detail very well. It's the best shot I could find...)
