craftgrrlQuick question... I'm using an elmer's glue/water paste for paper mache at a ration of 1 part glue to 3 parts water. I read this in memories, but it's really thin. Is it supposed to be like that? Also, should I let my newspaper strips soak in the mixture for a while before I start doing stuff with them?
