craftgrrlokay, so for my halloween costume i need to make a hoop skirt.
does anyone have any good ideas for cheap boning? my dad said he doesnt trust the plastic--i have no clue, i only need it to wear like 3 times.
can anyone point me to a good community to ask? i tried all those civil war sites: they want me to spend 99.00 on a 326-tired skirt, i just need 3 tiers, easy, and cheap.
