Need some help please!

craftgrrlmy friend has decided to be a "Hooters" girl for halloween. Mostly because we're staying at the Hooters Hotel & Casino in Vegas next month for her bday.
Last year, we went to a costume party called Truck Stop Trash and she dressed as a waitress. I made her this awesome plate of eggs/bacon/toast out of foam to go with her costume. So this time, she want's me to make a plate of Hooter's famous hot wings. But the other food I made was flat. I'm trying to wrap my brain around how to make 3-D hot wings without too much sewing (since I don't sew)!
Any ideas? the design itself seems it'll be hard cuz wings are so oddly shaped :(
