crocheting vs knitting
Sep. 20th, 2006 11:47 pmAlright, second question of the night.
I want to learn how to knit! Or do I?
I want to make fun funky things. Purses, hats (with cat ears, or ear flaps, etc), totes, maybe some mittens. And maybe I can even move onto making a tank top or halter or something.
So what would be the best to learn to do these kinds of things? Crochet or Knitting? A girl at work (I work at Michael's) said knitting looks better and she has a bias/preference for knitting.
Oh and either way, because I'm employee, I can take the classes for free. So there's no draw back for me to learn one or the other.
