I love it love it love it. I want a coat made out of it. Hell, I want a FAMILY made out of it. The problem is, it generally costs more than I would pay for fabric, so I want it in a color that I can wear with everything--grey or black or white. Jo Ann's has some, but it's $30/yard and brown. And that minky chenille stuff made by uh... Versailles? isn't quite right; it doesn't have the same sheen to it.
Anyway, Distinctive Fabrics is the only place I've found any online (and I've spent all evening clicking on each and every fabric site in the memories), and it's calling it "mink velvet." Have you guys heard it referred to as anything else? Better yet, have you seen it anywhere that you can link?
