thanks to everyone for helping me answer my stamp and my sans-sandpaper questions..



~ i scratched up the tin with an old nail file [SUCH a good idea]
~ then i painted it black [yes, with acrylic paints]
~ did a layer of mod podge over the paint to seal it
~ went through my old letters and found one with a letter/stamp theme
~ cut it up
~ found some other mail related materials
~ decoupaged them all on
~ and i was done!!
