I need some help from fellow BUST readers. I am trying to locate the issue that had directions for making hair ties from styrofoam balls covered with knit sweaters. I've misplaced a few issues, and need to know which one I'm looking for. Or, if you happen to know the directions I'd love 'em! I have an old knit hat I want to use, but not enough to experiment with. Big thanks!
