A couple projects

I finished a couple projects this past week. I made a wreath to put on our front door. It's just a cheapo wreath with a bunch of glass ornaments hot glued to it and some silver bows. My sister and I each made one. They were fast and easy. I also made a wallet, which was a prototype and needs some modifications before I make others to give as gifts.

I made this purse which also needs some modifications before I make others for gifts. Mainly I need to find somewhere that sells purse feet and I need to add cardboard or something additional to stiffen the bottom further. I don't want to sit it on any surfaces because I worry about ruining the bottom of the purse.

And finally I made my soon-to-be-born son this stocking. Which hangs opposite of the other three stockings. I'm not sure exactly how I managed that (okay I know how I just can't believe I managed to overlook something so obvious) but I guess it makes the mantle more interesting having three stockings that point one direction and a fourth that points the other.

I am in the process of finishing my table runner - the binding is 2/3 attached but I have set it aside to work on other projects. I am also in the process of finishing a tree skirt. It is 1/3 quilted, but then we had people over Friday night so I just trimmed the edges and threw it around the base of the tree so we would have something under there. And to be honest I am fine with leaving it that way until we take the tree down.
