I'm pretty broke this holiday season with lots of friends who I would like to show I was thinking about, so I pulled a recipe out of the archives and made bath salts!

Since the idea was to be thrifty, I used things I had around the house to scent them: coffee and green tea.

I started by infusing my olive oil (another item I had handy) with coffee grounds.

Then I strained it and let it cool.

My question is "Can I layer dry milk with the salts when I package it?"

Milk baths are very luxurious and go well with the coffee and tea motif. I'm only concerned about it going bad if I don't keep it perfectly dry or refriderated.

Any ideas?
