Sushi toys for cats. Made from felt, stuffed with cotton and catnip. Roughly life-sized (chopsticks for scale). It's really darling when your cat carries around his little sushi pal.

I'm going to give them as sets to my pet-owning friends. The bamboo trays were 70 cents at Pearl River Mart.

Attacked by my cat!

I've been trying to think of other shapes for cat toys with my motivation being "what will look the funniest when my cat carries it in his mouth?" So far, I am working on a carrot and a giant cartoon bone. I was also thinking of a cigar, a purse/briefcase, and a mustache/giant lips. Ideas? Opinions?

Here is a full-sized wreath that I made with thrift store ornaments and tinsel. The base is styrofoam. I attached it all with hot glue. It was pretty easy, my only real tip is that it takes a LOT more ornaments than you would think. Make sure you have a TON, particularly if you are using vintage ornaments that will be difficult to match. I'm sorry that this photo is junk, but it looks even worse when I use the flash. Too reflective.
