craftgrrlI am making a relatively flat headdress using feathers and various papers. I was wondering what would be a good, cheap item that I probably already have in my house that could be used to support the feathers? Something that would go around the head. Basically the base of the whole thing so that it becomes something that can go on the head. Thanks for any help I may receive.
