Cushion cover help?

craftgrrlHi all, my boyfriend bought me some square cushions for christmas, along with some gorgeous fabric squares, the only problem is I haven't the faintest clue of the best way to make a cushion cover. I have a sewing machine, and any help or guidance you could give would be truely great! :)
