I'm having trouble remembering the name of a crafting product. We used it in an activity at camp when I was young, it came in screw top bottles in lots of different colors and it was liquid. You would make wire shapes that had lots of loops and then dipped it into the stuff, and let it dry and it would become this plasticy kind of film in all the loops of the wire shape, and was remeniscent of stained glass.

Anyone got any clues?
