Baby Crafts??

My sister is looking to pay me to create some sort of crafts that are babysafe and obviously babyrelated. She has many friends who are GREAT with child and has many showers to attend.

She didn't give me any ideas to run on aside from that because she's not crafty. at all.

I'm wondering if there is anything simple (or slightly less than simple) that you've done for babies or an idea you could help me out with... anything... because I'd like the money and I'd also like to help my sister. And... I'm always looking for something crafty to do with my hands.

I can sew but I cannot knit or crochet (never tried, don't have the tools and don't want to experiement just yet)
I can draw and/or paint enough to get by, but am no Monet (or any other of your favorite artists).
