Stabilizer Fabric and Pattern Questions..
Feb. 3rd, 2007 07:29 am- What kind of fabric would you use as a stabilizer in a handbag? I want something light, and not too hard to sew through. Should I just use a few layers of white cotton fabric?
- What kind of materials do you make multiple- use patterns out of? I thought of using paper, but if I'm getting multiple uses out of it, it's probably going to get ripped rather easily. Would a clear shower curtain work for this purpose? Any other ideas?
And for your troubles, here's pictures of a small handbag I made while watching really bad tv last night. Oh yeah, and some jewelry I made a few days ago!

I haven't put on the button yet. I had one to use, but I didn't like it after I put it on.
I probably should have moved my hand. Oops.
