cigar box lamp?

hello hello-

i picked these babies up for free, and am wondering what to do with them.

i've checked out memories and want to do something other than a purse or a jewelry box. i was thinking... perhaps a lamp?

ie: could i glue/screw all the boxes together, drill through them all and insert a lamp fixture? what do you all think (in terms of style, flammability...etc)?

or if you have any other different ideas i'm open!
