craftgrrlThey are both custom orders for Valentine presents for a little girl and her Dad. I wrote the patterns for both of them and am trying to decide which pattern I like better. Please let me know which you think is cuter.
The one on the right is supposed to look like the baby Emperor Penguins from the movie Happy Feet.
These penguins are about 6 inches tall, stuffed with Polyfil and have marbles in their feet for weight. Crocheted in a spiral - the black and white penguin body was crocheted in one part which was fun trying to figure out the decreases and increases in the middle of color changes - first time I tried that!
