Made this for my boy. Isn't really a V-day gift (everyday is valentines for us)... but happened to be ready for today. hm. Stole his extra key and planted it in his car at school before I had to go to work. Got like a million missed calls and texts, then he showed up with flowers for me. aw :)

Didn't use a pattern, I don't know how to read crochet patterns.
My boy named him Mr. Scruffles.
