I've been rather inspired lately to beautify some boring shoes.
First, I'd like to paint an old pair of Chuck's. My initial instinct is to use acrylic paint. But, will it flake off? Crackle? Is there a more efficient way to do this? I've also got some paint markers but I'm not sure if they'll cover; my shoes are navy blue.
Second, I want to make some Dorothy slippers. Do you think it would be effective to just cover the shoes in glue then sprinkle the glitter on? Should I seal them with something like Modge Podge?
Thanks in advance!
