Lots of Stuff
Mar. 8th, 2007 09:21 pmI've been busy, so I haven't gotten to post any of my stuff for a long while. There's a lot of pictures.

My husband and I went to this paint your own pottery place. I thought the "tea for one" thing they had was really cute, so I had to paint it... with green and purple cats.

This is the mug that my husband did.

We also did a couple of bowls.

I made a couple of cellphone strap/keychains out of sculpy and fimo for some friends for Christmas. One was just a cat. The other was a servbot for a friend who really likes Megaman. I was originally going to make her a plushie out of felt, but they didn't have the right colors at the store.

I made some DS lite sleeves for Christmas gifts and one for myself. They're not padded. I keep my DS lite in my purse anyway, so it doesn't really need padding. I just wanted something to keep it from getting scratched up. It's sewn so you can kind of just fold the top over once you slide the DS in, so it doesn't require any zippers or buttons or anything. I also made a pocket that will hold a few games. I was inspired by a little tissue pack holder that my mom gave me.

I also made some drawstring pouches that I'm pretty proud of. The fabric is folded and sewed so that there's two pockets on either side as well as the one in the middle.
