[identity profile] winterknight.livejournal.com posting in [community profile] craftgrrl
Greta knows all the words to Hurdy Gurdy Man. Greta was probably destined for kitchen curtains, when I was still in diapers, if not before. But she's been liberated and is living the life of a working woman, as my knitting bag. I found the fabric for her in a second-hand shop; I have a terrible weakness for outrageous vintage fabrics. When I bought the quilting fabric that makes up her interior, I immediately thought of the exterior fabric. And then people laughed at me. But, now that I put her together, I think she pulls it off. Cross-posted to my journal and [livejournal.com profile] craftgrrl.
