You make picture frames, of course!

They're both 8x10's. A few years ago, I started painting these frames with a kind of terrible neon red acrylic and never finished. I dug them out recently, discovered I didn't really like the color anymore, and decided to fix them. I used seed catalogs for the fruits and tiny woodland creatures, but the rest of it all came from Urban Outfitters catalogs.
I used gloss varnish to seal them. I ended up putting a little too much varnish on the first one (the one with the bunny), and it started to wear away and fade the paper. The second one is considerably shinier.
Not all of the strips line up perfectly with the frame, but I like it just the same. I think they look homey. I'm not sure what I'll put in them yet. I'm thinking I might press some of the flowers from my garden this summer and put them inside. Possibly. ^_^
