Hi everyone! This is my first real post, but this is the first time I've made something I'm actually proud of! I'm a real amateur at sewing so cute me some slack! I had this pair of jeans that I was super attached to. A few years ago I lost a lot of weight and this was my first pair of 'skinny' jeans. They are still plus sized but they were important to me. They are super old though and had some pretty significant freying in the butt area so I converted them into a bag! I know it's super common but for my first real project I think it was good! Fun and Easy and my sloppy sewing isn't too evident!

Please ignore the sloppiness of my room. There it is! I love the way it hangs.

Layed out on my bed. Instead of making one long strap I made two shorter ones and tied them together.

because of the tear I knew I had to line it. I used an old pair of pajama pants. I cut them the same way I cut the pants and sewed them in. I love how they kind of look like underwear inside the jeans!

I added buttons and an old scarf and I think it looks fun! Plus I love how the pockets can be used for like gum or sunglasses!

ok. I know it's not AMAZING but I'm pretty proud! Thanks for looking!
