I've had a super productive day...

This is for my fiance's sister... Ingredients: cardstock, acrylic paints, ribbons, transfer letters, foam pad, tape, glue.
I found the design in a craft mag, but my stash was lacking in spotty paper, so I painted some! Added organza and skinny ribbon around the present and secured with tape (glue kept coming unstuck!!!), glued a piece of ribbon at the bottom, and added the bow... I liked the look of the long tails, so I left them. I'm just getting into transfer letters, I love how easy they are to use, and how perfect the writing comes out!

When painting card for the above card this little piece of blue spots on brown was also created... Ingredients: Window card, cardstock, acrylic paints, ribbons, chalk, foam pad, tape, glue, blue fineliner.
This is a window card, so I coloured the piece behind the window with blue chalk, made the present as above (minus organza ribbon), stuck it on with a foam pad, and then added the border as it looked not quite finished.
Ingredients: cardstock, acrylic paints, peeloff stickers, needle, foam pad, glue.
I put peeloff stickers in the space through the window... and painted over them. Then I peeled them back off... I suppose you could reuse the stickers, but they are ugly black ones I was bought as a gift... Butterfly is a stamped image (I used paint instead of ink, so it would match) cut out and stuck on with a foam pad for the 3D effect...
There is a 4th... a silver wedding anniversary card for my parents, but its not finished... I need to find my new can of hairspray before I can do anymore to it.

cardmakers and my journal)
