I love these things. I hesitate to call my flowers kanzashi for the same reason I hesitate to call a paint-by-number portrait of Elvis art- my techniques are nowhere near as refined as the true artisans. Ergo, folded fabric flowers. It works, right?

It's my favorite use for fat quarters, other than actually quilting with them (which I can't do, but which would be my favorite if I could because quilting is awesome).
