I made this capelet for my grandmother, whose favorite perfume is "White Shoulders," to wear with her formals when she goes to Eastern Star events. It's modeled here by the lovely

serenejournal, with help from Wonder Woman! This capelet is based on "Cold Shoulder" in the book "Stitch n Bitch: Happy Hooker." It looks lacier because it's made with a thinner yarn, Moda Dea's "Dream." The thinner yarn, and my tight crocheting resulted in an odd gauge, which was as long as I needed, but not as tall. I just added a few more rows in the upper portion of the capelet. Grandma is thinner than either
