craftgrrl | bouncing souls heat pinata?

for those of you who are familiar with the band the Bouncing Souls, you'll know the logo i'm talking about. It's a heart and crossbones, with the new york city skyline in the center.

i'm making a pinata for my boyfriend's bday, and this is his fave band. i wanna make the pinata look like the heart! i figure if i use a heart shaped balloon, that'll work nicely. but idk what to use for the crossbones. any ideas???
