Thrifted t-shirt reconstruction

Today I had a break in between college exams, so I decided to take advantage of every free minute and do a reconstruction on a thrifted shirt that's been calling out, "Fix me, please, I can be cute!" for a while now. I've been anxious to post on this community for a few months, but homework has robbed me of my life until now!







The shirt was VERY wide, but I had to buy it because I loved the color and weird popcorn-y pattern.









Close-up of the belt I made out of the sleeves to cinch in at the waist... not so perfect, but the shirt is so busy that it's pretty much impossible to see unless you're looking for it!
