My first post - I painted some shoes!!

Hi, I've been lurking for awhile, and while I do a lot of crafts, I never seem to get them up here.

So, I had these  plain, white, slip on canvas shoes and I wanted to add some more color...cause I love bold colors.

So, here's some color:

Along with painting the shoes, I also made the little charms on each side out of polymer clay and painted them.
Instead of laces, I used elastic beading cord, and used some metallic and plastic beads. I have yet to wear them, so I don't know how the elastic will wear. I hope a polymer bead doesn't pop off while I'm walking.







Oh, I made these charms about a month ago. Some I use as pendants for necklaces, and some I'm going to use as pins.
