Ever since watching the final episode of this past cycle of America's Next Top Model, I have been wanting a skirt like the one Renee wore when she was eliminated. I have done some research and found out it is called a "handkerchief" skirt or "4-point" skirt.
Here is a grainy picture of it I took from a YouTube video:

I found some patterns that are almost good enough, but not quite. Would you like to help me find the right pattern?
Here are some more pictures of Renee's skirt:

I'd like it to be about 28" or 70cm long at the shortest point. I don't want elastic for the waist - I can do a zipper.
Kwik Sew has a pattern for one, but the top is elastic and I don't want that. Here is a link to the pattern:

Vogue has a pattern for something kind of like it, but it is more complex than I'd like and not long enough. That pattern is here:

Butterick has a pattern that is JUST ABOUT perfect. My only gripe is it's not quite long enough. See it here:

Is there a tutorial or something on how I could make the pattern longer, maybe?
I found a skirt like it on Etsy that is simple, a great length, and has a nice-looking waist. However, the fabric looks heavy and I would like a patterned fabric, too. Here is that one:

Maybe she would sell me her pattern. I'll try to contact her.
I feel like I've looked up and down the internet with the prize just out of reach. It's got to be out there somewhere! If you know of a pattern, tutorial, or even at a skirt like Renee's at a store that I can just go buy, please mention it here.
Thank you!
