summer crafting!

it's summer time, and that means that instead of constant studying and facebook stalking, i'm at home with my sewing machine and other craft and art supplies and i'm doing that instead!

these are a few of the things i've been up to lately...







this is a little clutch wristlet i made to keep my cell phone, keys and id in at school... i broke my cell phone fall semester from carrying it around by itself and dropping it fall semester.


my new summer tote bag i made. i found the fabric at joann's and it reminded me of a picnic blanket, so i decided it needed to be made into my newest tote.


i made this out of newspaper i colored on with crayola markers and collaged with elmer's glue for a friend who goes to school in nyc for fashion design for one of her finals--she did a study with mail art. she mailed me this 8x8 canvas, and the day i got it at school, the mail ladies were so confused as to what it was--stace sent it just as a blank canvas with my address written on the back.
