Long shorts!

I made some shorts. Well, they're long shorts. Or you could call them short pants. I personally prefer short pants. ANYWAY, I don't like to wear short shorts, so I've got 4 pairs of this-length pants now, and I love 'em! And when I got a giant remnant of this fabric, I knew just what to do!



This was my first time drafting my own pattern, and I pretty much just traced a pair I already have that fit me well. I had to do more modifications than I expected, but I'm pretty happy with the result! :D


My mom took the pictures, and she's not at all very good with cameras and angles and lighting and whatnot, so I apologize and I'd like to let y'all know I'm not as stout as the pictures make me look. But I think you can get a good idea of the pants. :)

What do y'all think? Anything you would have done differently and whatnot? Suggestions are not only welcome, but encouraged. :)
