i miss wool

Well, it's summer, and thus I've felt the need to figure out how to bring myself to use fibers other than wool. Also, last week I learned how to crochet; so far it's fantastic, and I can definitely see myself using it a ton for making things in the round.

I found the most amazing yarn ever (Louisa Harding's "flotsam"). It reminded me of the ocean, so I made a long, flowy scarf. I realize this scarf is quite unimpressive, but I just wanted to show you guys this yarn:





..indeed, I liked it so much that I actually made two of them.
