pendants & a question

craftgrrlI have a question....what is the *actual* name for this metal oval with scalloped edges that you can attach shtuff to? I don't want to call it the wrong thing...and the name escapes me...I just can't think of it..sheesh!
Edited to say - thanks for the replies...now I can tell people that I've set the polymer clay into a scalloped bezel cup, instead of a scallop-edged metal thingy! :P
Made with old novel and magazine pages (yay to recycling :) )
Here I decoupaged a butterfly (out of an old 60's craft magazine!) and then used green beads on heavy chain and handformed jumprings to form the necklace. I AM ADDICTED TO MAKING MY OWN JUMP RINGS!
Craftgrrl regulars will recognize the birds stamped on this pendant :P Stacked birds, I call it.
