Although I hail from Texas, I am in Chicago for the summer. I am lonely.

I got this on mega-clearance from Old Navy, and although it's not what one might call "attractive," I could tell that it had potential...

And when I came across the "Mass O' Glass" at Michaels (eek! it's 12 beautiful ounces of wonky glass beads for $3.99!), I knew what to do:

And up close:

I had to take it off for the detail shot, because I took one with it on and it was just... vulgar. (boobies.... EVERYWHERE!!!!)

AND I decided that embroidery couldn't be as hard as it seems, and I was right!

I bought this never-been-worn Old Navy Tshirt (jeez, what's with all the Old Navy?) at a thrift store for 2 bucks and I added the little whale dude.
