I'd like to make a Harry Potter shirt for the release (to wear at home, not to a release) and I love this shirt and the way it fits. The only problem is the logo.

The logo is actually coming off, so short of washing it an million times until it comes off on its own [which I would be willing to do because it wouldn't fade the shirt], does anyone know of any way to get the logo off? And then after that, was is the most recommended way to put new lettering on there, stenciling, felt letters, iron ons, etc?
Also...This is why I hesitate to post here...
This shirt is stained...with mud...and I can't get it off. Tried soaking, Tide Sticks, and I can't think of anything else.
Any ideas?

Stain is in the lower middle of the picture...
The whole shirt:

I feel sloppy to wear it with the stain, and it's one of my favorites. -___- Any help would be much appreciated. =]
