Air Dry Clay help. :s

craftgrrlSorry, this is a text only post. Also, apologies if my question has already been answered, I did check the FAQ and did a search, but you never know. Ha.
Sooo, basically I need to make a model cell for a science project. Yesterday, after finding my Air Dry Clay, I found that it had completely dried out. I was wondering if there is a way to actually re use dried out clay, and when storing Air Dry Clay, what type of container should I keep it in or are there any other good methods of storing it and therefore keeping it from drying out? Thanks in advance. :3
Anyway, once I finally get my crafty projects finished, I'll post here as I do have a fair few. :3
