my first post
Jul. 14th, 2007 09:04 pmI've been watching this community for about a week or so now, and first and foremost I'd like to say that you girls are SO talented! I don't think there has been one thing posted on here that I wasn't in awe of! So keep up the good work (as if you need any encouragement, but ya know.. ;) )
Anyways, its gotten my creative juices flowing again, which I'm very thankful for, because I always seem to be more at peace when I'm able to get all that out. So, I decided my first "craft" would be a t-shirt for my niece's birthday today.

I didn't want to sew just yet, so I decided on using bleach, and creating a stencil with photoshop. I'm so pleased with the way it came out.. I sure was hoping I didn't ruin the one shirt I bought in her size! haha! Anyways, I went tonight to try to find adhesive card stock, or some sort of sticky backed thing that I could use for one-time stenciling.. does anyone know where I could get this? Hobby Lobby only had small ones, and they had designs all over them. I need just blank ones, so that I can draw on them. Any suggestions? (sorry this is so long, btw...lol)
