Help ... How do I put a hole through this?

...I found this bead on the ground a LONG time ago ...prob at least 5 years ago ...on a school playground.
Surprisingly, it also glows in the dark!! =D ...It looks like just a normal scupley bead from the looks of the pattern and stuff...but it's in a cool flower shape!

My webcam sucks...my bad.
Anyways...I wanna put a hole through it so I can make a bracelet out of it. I tried safety pin and it easily goes through, but the hole is WAY too small.
HELP would be GREATLY appreciated!!!
